    • Hello fellow Alaskan! I'm on Prince of Wales island.

    • Sweet ride!

    • Thanks I just finished it this summer. Unlike you guys we don't really have the sandy beaches, so I stick to the logging roads

    • Jeff Wetton there not to many beaches like this one. There mostly jagged sharp rocks.. besides the salt water can be very bad for my antique... lol. I brought it up from Tucson Arizona where I could ride practically into Mexico... she a true desert machine.. open belt proves that

    • Yeah I bought mine from someone who used to race them on the island. He was getting a divorce and had to sell it. I did the 670 conversion and long travel this summer and now I have to get it off the island to get the frame powdercoated. Hopefully that will happen this winter and I'll hit up some dunes in Washington or Idaho while I'm there.

    • Not race them on the island, but in the lower 48.

    • U are living my dream

    • How's that Dana?... lol

    • U are living in alaska and drivong a pilot amd yz 1000.

    • I cant stand the heat

    • Dana Despres Alaska was kinda a fall into situation for me. I was only suspose to be he a year and I'm going on 10 now... I'm from Tucson and I miss the heat... I live on a island and it rains like always. Now it's so cold outside. And I work outside, pitch dark when I leave to work and dark when I come home.... summer is only a short 4 months of 22 hour sun light so yo better get shit done before winter hit again... lol.. very expensive to live also. But that has to do with living on a island.

    • U had me at its cold.outside.l

    • Dana Despres lol
