Anyone else have a turbo postie I'm building one at the moment, just seeing if there's any more out there.

  • I want to do this to my c50

  • How are you going to setup the oil feed and drain for the turbo mate?

  • Bit big that turbo??

  • Aaron Skelton

  • Hows it sound?

  • It's EFI aswell

  • Nice! Is that a 110i engine or efi kit?

  • EFI kit, with a bored out ATC125 top end and crank

  • Whoa

  • I'm just too scared to take it out of the garage

  • If I had access to a turbo small enough to be span by 110cc, for sure.

  • Do you mind if I ask you where your oil return line runs to?? Also does the ATC125 barrel and head bolt straight onto the ct110 crankcase?

  • I drilled a fitting into the top of the crankcase for the return line, and yes the ATC barrel and head go straight on but you need to use the ATC head studs cause they are longer and the ATC crank and conrod. But the crank needs to be modified to fit the CT crankcase

  • Cheers

  • Let me know if you need more details. Oh be careful, there are two different ATC 125 engines, only one is the same design as the CT engine. I didn't know and ended up with a heap of engine parts I couldn't use

  • How do you tell which engine is a match?? I had a turbo on my postie also, but couldn't work out why it was blowing smoke from exhaust.

  • How about oil fees line to turbo?

  • I fitted an oil cooler then "T"ed into the oil cooler fitting
