Hey guys. Just starting to get back on the bike again and possibly looking at taking the vtr on the track aswell now that i dont have a dedicated track bike.

Im wondering what you have done to give the bike a bit more of a sporty position?

I have heard about filing the knob on the clip ons down a bit to give them a bit more foward angle. Is this common practice or just what one person has said on the net?

Has anyone done anything to the standard rear sets aswell?

what sort of suspension settings/ set up should i be looking at for a 70kg rider. Mainly spirited runs.

    Cheers guys

    • Standard VTR currently? .... Loads you can do mate! My personal opinion but I wouldn't muck about with the clip on position!.... Front suspension is too soft as standard but a set of progressive Spring internals will sort that! Alternatively just buy a Fireblade front end with USDs

    • Oh ... Are you on
