this might sound like a stupid question ,

Does any body let there scooter warm up first when cold as over the past 2 and half years I have been riding a scooter a few people have said to me I have only a 125 scooter they do not need to warm up, but I find that after I warm my scooter for a few minutes it runs better than pulling away from a cold start .

Ok guys here is the shocking response i got from the Honda dealer

Hello Rob,

Although we are a Honda dealer we are not all linked as branches, so I would have to charge for the first service which would be around the £65-£70 mark.

The heated grips we could fit for you for around the £100-£120 these would be Daytona scooter heated grips.

And my colleague has already given you a price for the cradle.

Hope this helps

Many thanks

Craig.

On top they want around £161 for phone cradle and fitting

Hi, can anyone help? I'm having a problem with my forza. My bike starts fine in the morning but after riding it, I then turn off the engine and sometimes have to re-start the engine (go into a shop quickly etc) it's then the bike doesn't start. There's nothing from the engine it's completely dead. Five minutes later after leaving it. It's starts fine! I'm really confused and wondered if I'm doing something obviously wrong?! Can anyone help?

Well that was a fun day. Had my 500cc comfort/lesson today, got round the block and radiator got punctured by a stone being flicked up by a car passing roadworks. Pouring out coolant like a garden sprinklers. So instructor turned around and said, I haven't got another 500cc machine, (my face dropped with a thought.... See you next week) so we will have to get back and put you on a 650cc machine (70bhp) at this point I haven't even done a MOD1 or any training on anything geared other than CBT on a 125cc bike. Literally rode 500cc for less than 10 minutes. So here I was doing a 500cc (47bhp) comfort lesson on a 650cc (70bhp) bike. As you can imagine grin from ear to ear. Doing MOD1 & Test over the next weekend. Then two weeks later (if I pass MOD1 test) MOD2 & Test, resulting in a Direct access licence.

Had to work late last night so had my first night ride!( yes I know that's very poor after having a Forza for 5 weeks) when I got to the urban/housing estate bit without exception every car driver who was approaching me stopped and left me past . They would normally keep charging on till I pulled over. I can only think they did not know what was there? Boy those headlights are good.

Hello everyone — Honda Forza 125 Forum UK

          Hello everyone,

I'm new to the group, thanks for allowing me to join. I've not had a bike for 25 years and for a while now have been having these cravings to take up motorcycling again and so I'm doing my cbt tomorrow so wish me luck. Does anyone know if I will have to do my cbt on a geared bike even though I only want to ride an auto? I've been looking at bikes for a while now on the Internet but keep being drawn back to the forza I think they are stunning. I was going to buy a s wing secondhand to start with, but I'm craving a forza, not sure what to do?

I don t know if it s just me or has anybody else experienced this at all — Honda Forza 125 Forum UK

I don't know if it's just me or has anybody else experienced this at all. Coming from the Honda PCX to the Forza is a little different to ride. I'm finding now after about 20/30 minutes riding her my right hand (only) starts to get pins and needles maybe due to the mirrors and my arms being in a straight position to see etc... or maybe my riding position I don't know?? any advice many thanks.
