    • If you need better springs for the frontend, I have them.

    • How much $ for the springs Otto W. Coers ?

    • Hello there,

The springs for the leading link front-end are US $85.00 per pair, including shipping by regular mail within North America

The springs for the telescopic front-end are US $65.00 per pair, including shipping by regular mail within North America.

For expedited shipping with tracking number please add $20.00

Please specify the type of front-end and regular/expedited shipping.

Payment can be made to paypal account awbm@msn.com

I can usually ship within 2 business days of receipt.

I do recommend upgrading the steering head bearings while you have the front-end apart. Due to the original springs being very soft the forks usually have bottomed out repeatedly, damaging the original steering head bearings. I usually upgrade my bikes to the tapered bearings from DR ATV (Beatrice Cycle); they are superior to the original ball bearings. Installation instructions can be found on the Yuku Honda Trail site.

      Happy trails,

      Otto

    • The springs for the telescopic frontend are for CT's that were sold in North America until 1986 and bikes that have the springs inside the rubber boots on the upper part of the forks. The newer postie models had a change in design where the springs are located in the LOWER fork-leg, but I don't know what year that change took place.
