    • Or "put your phone down"

    • Just looking before they pull out, or actually coming to a full stop at a stop sign might do it... but then you got the ones like on my road that do 15-20 over the speed limit and must cut the corners in order to keep control of their vehicle...

    • I have never heard of so many motorcycle-whatever accidents as I hear on morning radio here in Phoenix. I've lived quite a few different places, but i truly believe that the drivers here are the absolute worst. Why? 60% of first time license testers fail the written test. My 16 year old aces the test and the lady at the DMV almost had a seizure from surprise. Then when he took the actual test, he ran a yellow and pulled out in front of a cop. And yes, he still got his license. I drive my car to/from work which takes 45-50 min each way because although I would love to take advantage of the HOV lane, I'd rather drive the back roads and live to ride outside the metro area.

    • I lived in Vegas 6/7 years now and this place is off the hook...everyone if cranked up on Red Bull/Monster/Rock Star...attitudes are through the roof. Raise an eyebrow at someone and they want to go all MMA on you. The highways are the epitome of the wild West. Everyone wants to test you. I drive a full sized Toyota Tundra...in the slow lane...doing the speed limit or just above. I get people climbing up my arse all day long...and thats with the other lanes wide open. People just want to push your buttons. So much so that I started 'carrying' full time a year or so back. 200mph crotch rockets scream everywhere. I've seen several Metro police cars give chase to them only to break off cause they know they can't catch them, and of course there's the public safety issue...BUT, it leaves those idiot 2 wheelers with the knowledge that they can do anything and get away with it. They are dying left and right out here. I've heard of one guy that punched a 6'X6' hole through a concrete wall. And they give us normal riders a bad name as Michael said.

    • The truth is, you're gonna have idiots anywhere you go... As far as attitudes, they are out of whack everywhere... I guess that's what happens when you create a throw-away society. People don't care about anything, much less themselves... I go to college with alot of younger guys, I listen to when they act like I did when I was younger, then step up and say something when they get too far. I ask em why they think this is right, they don't know any better... I talk about doing things the right way and giving consideration to others even when they aren't giving it to you. This is foreign to them. But I've seen some attitudes change, and seen some guys take heed. What I think is needed is the older guys to quit being so greedy with their information and actions. Monkey see monkey do, if the monkey has nothing good to see he's gonna do the bad thing. Everyone expects to get good apples, but no one wants to prune the damned tree...

    • Hell you can't even have a "civil" conversation with someone without some sort of argument ensuing... everyone knows everything even when your talking to a guy that really does know the subject matter... I get this all the time... people ask me questions, I start telling them what I know and they try and trump me with bullshit they heard around the way. I won't speak on something specific unless I either know what I'm talking about or I have a pretty good idea on the subject matter. I seems that everyone thinks they can bullshit through life because that's what they see on TV...

    • It's the future. God forbid....

    • I had some friends hit by a drunk over the weekend. They flipped over a car trailer he was pulling. She had surgery Sunday night and is stable but critical. He walked out against Dr order and was taken back today for complications.

    • Sorry to hear that, I hope everything turns out OK...
