    • And I weight 175 and it drops almost another inch when I sit on it.

    • And hasn't bottomed yet

    • I'm not saying that this is for everyone. But, I cut the shock mounts off the swing arm, moved them back, then rewelded them.

    • My struts were $55 on EBay, dropped it 4" and required no mods, could swap them back out in 10 minutes.

    • Marc Daniel Fradenburg I was thinking the same thing. Didn't know how far I could go with angle or if possible. Geometry was not my thing. How far back did you move yours. I want about 1 1/2" drop

    • Hard struts are not possible with stock seats for too long. Ouch!

    • Hey Pete Dollaway, I moved mine back about as far as I could, without interfering with the chain take up. I knew I was gonna have to weld all the way around, so I left myself about 1/2" for the weld on the tail end, towards the take up, and it lowered mine a good 2". I didn't want the struts either, they are very unforgiving. If you need any more info, or anything, just hit me up, glad to help a fellow biker in need.

    • Thanks for the info Marc Daniel Fradenburg i'm going to do that on mine.

    • Not a problem.

    • Agreed! Thanks for all the input, Gents.
