A very sad day…



Last of the air/oil cooled 1200 Bandits, Special final model by Suzuki in GSX-R colours as supplied from the factory. First Reg 20.05.05. 3 previous owners inc a family member. Owned since 30.07.10. Current mileage 39889, of which I have covered 35K. MOT due 19.04.16. Items upgraded/replaced in 2014 include OEM front discs and pads, front and rear Bridgestone BT023 GT, Nitron Sport rear shock, battery, Pipercross oiled foam air filter, Stage 1 Dynojet kit fitted/set up and rolling road tested by Steve Jordan Motorcycles. Valve clearances, carbs balanced and cam chain checked prior to Dynojet. Items upgraded/replaced in 2015 include new chain and sprockets, heavy duty clutch and springs. Also fitted Renthal handlebars, oil temp gauge, clear rear light lense with replaceable double LED bulbs, stubby levers, SP Engineering short stubby race can (which sound amazing!), mini LED indicators, engraved hydraulic clutch and brake covers, stainless radiator cover and stomp grips. With 2 keys, original handbook, service book and original supplying dealer paperwork plus old MOTs etc. Original Suzuki dealer fit Thatcham approved alarm and Datatag. Part service history, but no expense spared on maintenance. Next service due in approx 2.5k. Reason for sale... old and creaky bones and now downsized to a much smaller bike (Grom Grom)! £2850 ovno. Location North Hampshire.

  • Grom addiction...!!! Bad knees...!!! No money...!!! The list is endless... Oh and I very rarely ride it now I have the addiction... still miss it though... Love my Bandit...!!!
